ATTENTION

BOOKING RULES

  1. We accept: Visa electron, VISA, Maestro, MasterCard.
  2. All hotel rates for rooms booked include daily breakfast buffet, hotel accommodation, and taxes.
  3. Please book and pay for your room no later than March 18, 2008 (note that payment should be done before March 1 as the money transfer can take 4 days).
  4. All participants staying in hotel rooms will be responsible for their own hotel incidentals (including, but not limited to, telephone calls, room service, mini-bar, laundry service, etc.). Each participant will present to the respective hotel a valid credit card or cash deposit as a guarantee for payment of such incidental charges.
  5. Participants will be charged the cost of one overnight for no-show, if they cancel their rooms after March 21, 2008, or fail to show.
  6. If you have already paid for your room but would like to cancel reservation, please send us e-mail with such request, but take to attention rules described in article 5.
