Our contribution: Our managers were responsible to invite participants (via e-mail, post mail, fax, and phone), we provided accommodation, reservation of conference rooms, all technical support during the conference panels and working groups (different kinds of stationary equipment, simultaneous translation), printing materials (banners, folders, badges etc.), catering, and transfer.
