• Please send us request letter for booking via fax +38-044-285-09-22 or e-mail info@arena-cs.com.ua
• Request must include next information:
  1. Guest name
  2. Check-in date
  3. Check-out date
  4. Approximate arrival time
  5. Room type
  6. Quantity of people
  7. Quantity of room
  8. Budget for accommodation (per night per room)
  9. The hotel you would like to stay in
  10. Contact phone number
  11. Contact å-mail
  12. Way of payment
• Our reservation manager will choose a hotel according to your request, if you already have hotel chosen we will book room for you and send confirmation letter. 
• Possible way of payment for accommodation:
  • Credit card/cash in hotel when check-in
  • By bank transfer
• After you send the request letter, you will be given RESERVATION CONFIRMATION LETTER with confirmation number of the hotel

• When you book hotel through our company second time and more you receive 5% discount for accommodation. For group reservation (more than 10 people) we suggest special rates.
